Hello, Your site still has 21.079.153 available credits. The issue is that as long as a subscription for credits is active, the pre-paid credits will not be used. If you want to make use of the pre-paid credits, then you should cancel the Pay-As-You-Go subscription at WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools. Best regards |

Hello, I understand that, but as I said in my AI Chat -> If I go to wpml.org and I look at "My Sites" -> The website in question shows as "Inactive", and the credit amount does not match up with this number: 21.079.153 Can you please check my account and inspect the gpdstore.net website connection? |

Hello, I have done all the above, and translated the linked product, with no success. In the dashboard of gpdstore.net, I still see: 20,748,115 credits, whereas on wpml.org account settings I see: 50000 credits. |

When trying to log in today, I get the following message: 2FA is required to be active on your account. Please contact the site administrator. Would it be possible to set up an admin account using my email? |

Hello, The issue seems to be that on our system, 5 other websites from other organizations have the same site key as your live site. WPML must be followed by the migration of a website or by the way the domain or the domain providers are registered. 1) Go to https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/ 2) Register your site URL. 3) Click on "Show key" and copy it. 5) Register WPML at Plugins > Add new > Commercial. If WPML is appears as registered here, unregister it first. If the problem persists, please let me know. Now that your site has a unique site key, please drop me a comment, and I will manually transfer the credits for you. Best regards |

Hello, Can you please explain what do you mean in your reply? It's a mixture of English and German, with some parts having a legit mash of the two languages in the same sentence "as your live site. WPML must be followed by the migration of a website or by the way the domain or the domain providers are registered. 1) Gehe auf https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/ 2) Sollte die Site URL bereits regsitiert sein, lösche diese aus der Liste. 3) Slow that Site URL is now over. Dies erstellt een neuen Site Key. 4) Click on "Show key" and copy dies. 5) Slow down the Key to Plugins > Install > Kommerziell (Tab) ein, so you can register WPML. If WPML is still registered here, unregister it first. If the problem persists, please let me know. Now that your site has a unique site key, please drop me a comment, and I will manually transfer the credits for you. Best regards Furthermore, In WPML -> Sites, each site has a different key - Your history (DB) should show you that? I have de-registered the site everywhere. I obviously have an invoice for all the credits I have purchased |

I still could not copy the site-key, because it disappeared after I made the changes on the woocommerce side of things. But please check your database history, and you should be able to find all the logs that clearly show the credits that I had and paid for |

My apologies, my earlier comment used a snippet that was messed up due to incorrect language pair settings for automatic translation. I do understand correctly that what you see on wpml.org on your account section does not match what you see inside WPML in WordPress? Now, one thing is our translation server, which seems to work as expected on your site. The site has assigned credits that get deducted correctly. The site was using Pay-As-You go in the prior months which is why pre-paid credits stayed on hold and since you canceled the subscription, you are now again using the available pre-paid credits. The other thing is the registration of the site on wpml.org. Each site needs a unique site key that is registered on wpml.org. Once the site is moved to another server or the site domain or domain provider changes, you need to delete the site from wpml.org and create a new site key. I can confirm that this site was moved very often between different domains, and according to our system, the current site is using a site key that was already used. Affected sites that share the same site key on wpml.org: All those sites seem to use the same site key from wpml.org and this is why what you see on wpml.org does not match up with what is actually occurring on the site. According to our system, only this site URL is currently registered: And you have been using the site key of this site for all your sites. This means, if you try to add credits to your actual site, it will not work, as the site needs to use a unique site key for this transaction. You are the only person who can create such site keys on wpml.org for your site and make sure that it is registered properly. 1) Go to https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/ 2) Add hidden link to the list. 3) Click on "Show key" and copy it. 4) Inside WordPress go to Plugins > Add new go to the tab called "Commerical", and register WPML. If WPML is still registered here, unregister it first. |
