Subject: CRITICAL BUG: Form Redirection and Auto-Responder Language Mismatch in Bricks Builder (Persistent Issue)
---
## **Introduction and Formal Complaint**
This is the **third ticket** we are opening regarding this specific issue. Our previous two tickets (see references below) were closed automatically without a proven or acceptable resolution.
* **Reference 1:** [https://wpml.org/forums/topic/form-redirection-and-auto-responder-language-mismatch/]
* **Reference 2:** [https://wpml.org/forums/topic/bug-report-form-redirection-and-auto-responder-language-mismatch/]
**Required Action:** We explicitly request that your team provides a screen recording demonstrating a successful fix before closing this ticket. We have been told multiple times that the issue was "resolved," yet the bug persists on our end.
**Important Note:** We are already aware of the "workaround" involving running the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) twice or re-translating the same content repeatedly. **This is not an acceptable solution.** It is not normal behavior for a production environment, and we expect a fundamental fix for the underlying compatibility issue.
---
## **Environment & Setup**
* **Theme/Builder:** Bricks Builder.
* **Site Status:** The issue occurs on the live production site. We have already provided a staging environment (clone of the live system) for testing and granted permission for your support team to clone the site to your local servers for deeper debugging.
* **Language Configuration:** Primary language is **English**, secondary language is **Hungarian**.
* **Translation Method:** All content was translated using **ATE** via generated Translation Jobs from the Translation Management dashboard.

## **Problem Description**
While this error occurs across multiple forms on the site, this ticket focuses on one specific instance. We believe resolving the root cause here will fix the issue globally.
**The Bug:**
When a user submits a form on a Hungarian page, the system fails to respect the language context. Even though the Hungarian translation for the redirect URL is correctly defined in the ATE (see : hidden link ), the system triggers the English workflow.
Specifically, for a split second after submission, English confirmation text appears, followed by a redirect to the **English thank-you page** and the delivery of an **English auto-responder email** to the Hungarian user.
---
## **Steps to Reproduce**
1. **Location:** [hidden link)
2. **Component:** Scroll to the "Web akadálymentesség" section and click the "Kapcsolat" (Contact) button to open the pop-up form.
3. **Action:** Fill out the form and click the "Ingyenes audit igénylése" button.
4. **Proof of Error:** Please view this video recording of the bug: [Insert Link to Video]
### **Expected Results:**
* Success messages displayed below the button must be in Hungarian.
* The user must be redirected to the Hungarian version of the thank-you page.
* The automated confirmation email must be sent in Hungarian.
### **Actual Results:**
* The user sees English confirmation text.
* The user is redirected to the English thank-you page.
* The auto-responder email is delivered in English.

## **Final Warning and Expectations**
Both WPML and Bricks Builder officially claim to be compatible. Our business decision to use these tools was based on this guarantee of compatibility. This is a serious, production-level bug that undermines the professional integrity of our website.
We ask that you skip the generic troubleshooting steps and treat this as a high-priority compatibility conflict. We expect a definitive fix as soon as possible.
