I'd be happy to keep trying just want to set clear expectations as some things are outside our scope of support especially when it comes to compatibility as it's heavily controlled by another plugin/theme.
Are you reffering to the issue with the filters?
Also, you have mentioned things used to work OK. Is there any possibility we could use a backup to go back to the version that was working OK and compare settings or review?

Thank you for the support! Yes, about the filters. No backup was created before translating custom fields so I cannot restore to functional version
I have reviewed this further and unfortunately I cannot find what is causing this behavior.
What I would suggest is reaching out to their support as well (Vehica), and also to further assist I have created a sandbox for you.
On the sandbox you can install Vehica and WPML as a fresh install, and if it works as expected then I suggest going to WPML->Settings and verifying that the settings are set the same.
