Hi.

The site is using the WordPress Editor (it always has) as we use WP Bakery page builder to build the pages

If you look at this post on the staging site you can see that the words Weekdays and DBS Check Required are coming through in English on the Welsh page.

See attached screenshots of the admin pages for the 2 languages.

How can i now translate that text?

Thank you for sharing, in the front end I can see that they are being pulled and showing as expected translated.

Do you also need them to be translated in the backend editor ?

Hi

The checkboxes are showing in English for me. See attached. You can see the top one is translated but that is a text box.

We don't need them translated on the backend necessarily, just the Front end.

I see, thank you!

Linking the documentation as reference below, but since we are using Copy we won't be able to "translate" the checkboxes.

https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/recommended-custom-fields-translation-preferences-for-acf-and-wpml/

Instead what we can do is use Copy Once if you would like which allows you to then translate them.

OR my recommendation would be to set these checkboxes to "translate" which will allow you to continue using the ATE editor and translate the content of the checkboxes

So in this case change it back to Expert options and set the fields to "translate"

Keeping the translation choice to use the WordPress Editor is not allowing the translation, however, if you do the following you should be able to translate it.

1. Change the editor choice to use the WPML Editor (Either Classic or Advanced)
2. Make a small edit in the default language and update
3. Access the translation within the WPML Editor
4. Translate the checkbox choice

Let me know your results, please.
