Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Can you check this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-post-categories-and-custom-taxonomies/ and see if you haven't missed anything or it helps?

If it doesn't, please try the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and its addons and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2023).

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Haven't you seen my screenshots? I know how to translate taxonomies, it IS supposed to be translated, but if I go to English version of the category list, there I get the error.

I really don't think this has anything to do with a plugin conflict, but I'll try anyways.

Yes, I saw the screenshots and asked to check the guide just in case if anything gives a clue.

I understand and can see from the debug information that you're using only a few plugins. But still we need to eliminate any chance of a conflict.

Meanwhile you're checking, please also check with your parent theme, as well as, the default WP theme.

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

I managed to resolve the problem by setting the translation preference in ACF taxonomies. Thank you for your help.
