date functions (get_the_date()) not being translated to other languages

carloB-40	Hi All the date related functions is not being translated for example i am using this get_the_date(). I am using bedrock implementation which the dates functions are not working. I do normal wordpress installation the functions are being translated correctly (with same theme same options). On the bedrock installation on composer is needed this "wordpress-install-dir": "web/wp" I am not sure if this is related with the issue. Thank you
