Background of the issue:
I am trying to deactivate the site hidden link from my automatic translation account in WPML. I want the new user to manage the site independently with their own credit card.

Symptoms:
The site clubdelviatger.cat does not appear in the list of 'Connect your sites to share translation memory, glossary and word quota' and is also missing from my WPML account dashboard at https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/.

Questions:
Why is the site clubdelviatger.cat not appearing in the list of connected sites?
How can I deactivate the site from my automatic translation account if it is not listed?

Thanks for contacting us.

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

If the page is not listed and you have disconnected/canceled pay as you go account from that website's Translation Managment, you should be fine.

As I can see, this is not the case. You should try to disconnect it by going to the same page but from another website, not the same you are trying to disconnect. Then cancel pay as you go for that website if it is still active.

Client can then setup / activate new pay as you go account and add their details then.

Hi, I've already tried to disconnect it from another site, but clubdelviatger.cat is not appearing in other sites and even in WPML automatic translation sites.

Hi there,

When I review the site from our side I can confirm that they indeed share the same organization ID still.

Also, please note that connected sites share translation memory, glossary,and credits.

If that's OK and you have reviewed it I will work with our ATE team to disconnect the sites from our side, before I move forward please confirm.

Hi, how is it going?
We really need to solve it as we're having some problems with it. It's like the system is trying to automatically translate things when we have it disabled, but still looking for it. Please check it out as urgent. Thanks

I am awaiting feedback from our ATE team, however I did locate an older staging site you had for this site.

The staging site has it's own organization ID which is not attached to your main one -- would you like me to move it from the main one to that one? That would help resolve this quickly

You should now be able to see it under the Connected Sites section to proceed with unlinking.

Please note that once you unlink the site, all associated resources such as translation memory, glossaries, and other organization-retained data will be lost. Your existing translations will remain intact, but the memory and related assets will no longer be available.

If you'd like to reconnect the site afterward, we're happy to assist—just let us know once you've completed the unlinking process.

Hi, thanks. I've been able to deactivate the site.
But I still see something wrong. Up, on the main bar, there's a message constantly saying that I must map de languages in order to automatically translate.
I don't want this site to automatic translations, and anyway they are mapped.
Can you fix it?

Please go to WPML->settings and share with me if you are using the Translate Everything or Choose what to translate mode?

Also, go to WPML->Translation management->tools->language mapping and share with me what the settings are there.

Hi, I better attach you 4 screenshots.
Now the choosen window manual or automatic is not in settings. It appears in Translation Management. As you see it's set in manual.
And in the mapping section everything is at it should be, but still appearing as if I'm missing reviews and not mapping correctly.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
