Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to set up my autotraslation engine into DeepL, but I have only Microsoft available in the list. I need DeepL for traslation form Swedish to English & finnish and I see that it should work. how can I add DeepL to the list?

Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Please be informed that we've received several reports similar to yours. Upon investigation, our development team found that the problem arose from wrong requests sent to the translation engines. However, they are still investigating the matter and hope it will be solved soon.

For now, I enabled the translation engines manually for your site(hidden link). You should see the Deepl engine on the list.

Thanks. I can see that it is added now. But now the homepage layout is broken! I can not edit the homepage on the theme builder. All the other pages are live and working. Could it be due to the conflict with WPML or DeepL?

Hello There,
Glad to hear that the translation engines are showing now.

Please be informed that the DeepL is just a Translation engine and it can't affect the Site layout in any way. It is only capable of translating content.

Does the issue persist after deactivating the WPML plugin? If so, then the issue might be a result of conflict. Except for WPML(incl. Addons) and Elementor, please keep other plugins deactivated and check if you're still seeing the issue. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and after activating each, check if the issue reappears. In this way, you'll be able to pinpoint the one that is causing the issue.

Make sure to take a backup before such a conflict test.
