Background of the issue:
We've been using DeepL for translation within WPML's editor through the DeepL extension for many months. However, a few weeks ago, it stopped working. We're unsure whether WPML has blocked the translator or if something else has happened.

Symptoms:
DeepL stopped working within WPML's editor. The floating icon of DeepL is not working anymore inside wpml editor.

Questions:
Has WPML blocked the DeepL translator?
What could have caused DeepL to stop working?

While one of my teammates addresses your ticket, I will provide you with some initial debugging steps.

From your screenshot, it looks like you have no translation credits. Have you attempted to assign credits to your site or sign up for the pay-as-you-go option?
