I can still not install plugins and neither access the Network.

In case you own Duplicator PRO, could you please install it, so that I can try to take a copy of the site?

Hello,

I was not able to recreate the issue again.

The issue was that we could not see the issue, while "Meta pixel for WordPress" was not connected to Facebook.

When the plugin has a connection to Facebook the issue occurs again.

I will be in contact again, once I receive further feedback from our compatibility team in regards to this issue.

Hi, again Andrea,

I am facing another issue/question, I don't know if it's related:

I need to translate email notifications.

When I go here:

I can see all the email notifications, and ALL are by default in English, not in FRENCH, my default language.

I am using a YITH Booking an Appointment for WooCommerce plugin. When I go to the email notification,

"New Booking," hidden link

there is no way to translate it into French. I can only overwrite the English language. It will be an issue when I'll translate my store into English.

Please advise.

Hello,

I would like to provide you with feedback about the reported issues.

Further, we would like to apologize for the dealy in handling this issue, but we had issues with recreating it.

We are handling here a workflow issue related to the wp-wpml_current_language cookie.

The only steps we were able to reproduce the problem were:

- Login to the website
- Open the german version of the page (hidden link) and keep the tab open
- Open the english version of the page, in a different tab (same browser/window) - This will change the wp-wpml_current_language from DE to EN
- Go to the german tab and click on the load more button
- It will load the english posts, because the cookie language has changed

Outside of these steps, we have not been able to reproduce this problem.

Also, when following these steps, we would consider this expected. It is a very specific workflow, not applicable to real life. Perhaps you were working with several open languages at the same time when the problem occurred and decided to report it.

Hi Andreas,

I confirm the behavior with your test website.

However, I cleared my cache and opened hidden link, and the source code shows all metadata in French!

It only occurs if I have two tabs open on the same browser:

and
hidden link

If those both are open at the same time, I do see mixed content on:
hidden link

If I now close the tab with hidden link and refresh the tab with hidden link the issue is gone.

Our compatibility team has confirmed that this issue only occurs if you have the page open in two different browser tabs, once in each language, and decided to not take further action, as it is a rare use case.

I open a new browser, in private mode, and directly to the English version.

If you look at the source code, the metadata are in French.

That is why I asked for your own screenshot to compare the source code.

My issue is still not fixed.
