This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The shop page not showing the same design in different languages.
Solution:
This might be due to missing category translations and improper taxonomy hierarchy synchronization. Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML > Taxonomy translation.
2. Select Product Categories from the dropdown and ensure all taxonomy terms are translated.
3. At the bottom of the page, click on Synchronize Product categories assignment in content.
4. Move to the Hierarchy Synchronization tab and synchronize it.

No worries I will try it and get back, how about the issue with the shop page all of a sudden not showing the same design on both and the Danish showing uncategorised as a category. Did you have time to look into that?🙏

Hello,

Regarding the Uncategorized-da category. I don't think this is related to WPML as it's happening in the original language. I think that new products with the Uncategorized category make it appear. You can confirm is it related to WPML or not, deactivating it for a moment and checking. Of course, ❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

Regarding the different design, you mean the category sidebar, right?

I think this is due to missing category translations and improper taxonomy hierarchy synchronization.

To fix it, please go to WPML > Taxonomy translation. Select Product Categories from the dropdown. Make sure all the taxonomy terms are translated.

Then, at the bottom of the page, click on "Synchronize Product categories assignment in content".

Finally, move to the "Hierarchy Synchronization" tab, and synchronize it.

Let me know if this helps, please.

Best Regards,
Otto

It worked, the uncategorised issue was because wpml added @da in the end
