I have a discount rules that works perfectly on french (default version) but not in english version.
This is a Woocommerce site - using the plugin WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts.
The WPML WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency extension is activated, but not the multicurrency mode settings that I doesn't need.
Do you have an idea on this issu ?

It does make sense that the dependent attributes needed to be translated into the respective languages.
I'm including your findings in my response below, so it can be useful for other users too:
My discount rule is based on woo products attibuts and in first a place, i've declare only the value of the french attribute on my rule. I've realised it when I've change the language on the WP admin Discount settings page (see capture screen).
So now I've selected the attributes on each language and it seems working correctly in French and in english too.
