This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is trying to update WPML to version 4.6.10, but their site is still on version 4.6.9, and the auto-updater is not showing the new update.
Solution:
We recommend checking for updates manually by navigating to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial -> Check for updates. This action refreshes the connection with WPML servers and should show any available updates. If this does not work, the client can manually download the latest version of WPML from their WPML account downloads page.
Please note that this solution might not be relevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If after trying these steps you still need assistance, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us through the WPML support forum.
