The client is unable to download the WPML plugin from the account downloads page; clicking the download button does not initiate the download.
Solution:
We recommend trying to download the plugin using a different browser. This issue may be caused by specific browser extensions that interfere with the download process. If you're experiencing this, please disable any browser extensions that could be causing the problem or switch to an alternative browser. For instance, using Safari has been tested and confirmed to work correctly for downloading the plugin from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/.
