Problem:
The client is attempting to move their site from http://fhitc.de to http://frank.hintsch.de and is unable to update the WPML plugin on the new site. They encounter an error message indicating a compatibility issue with the WPML plugin version 4.3.3 and PHP version 8.2.18.

I am trying to:

Move from hidden link to hidden link. On the latter one I cannot update the WPML plugin. I click "New plugin > commercial"

I expected to see:
the list of WPML modules

Instead, I got:

It was my fault: I merged PHP 7 code into a PHP 8 installation.
