Hey there,

Thank you for contacting our support.

Can you please try the below steps:

- Go to WPML > Languages > Language URL format
- Make sure the "Validate" option is enabled for the secondary domains.
- Enable the "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains" option
- Save it
- Now go to Permalinks and save the permalinks once.
- Logout from the primary domain
- Now login from both domains, you can log in from secondary domains using /wp-login.php at the end of the second domain. And example login path will be:

To make sure you are correctly logged in from both domains you can check if the WP top admin bar is available from both languages.

- Once you are logged in from both domains, check if you can edit the page in Elementor from the secondary language.

If that doesn't work, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hey there,

I checked it and I was able to edit pages and posts in the secondary language, but the issue happens randomly even in the main language, please check this video:

Since it is happening in the main language, as a test, I tried to temporarily disable WPML and edit a page using Elementor, and I was able to replicate the issue even with WPML disabled, please check:

No PHP errors are being generated with the debug mode enabled but there are some JS errors in the console.

Since the issue is happening with WPML disabled, I don't believe WPML is the culprit of the error, I'd recommend reaching out to your host support to get the HTTP errors logs for today, August 11th and then getting in touch with Elementor support with those HTTP and console error logs so they can help you find the culprit and the solution for this issue.

Once you've had the opportunity to speak with your hosting provider and Elementor support, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us if you have any further questions or concerns. We're always here to help and assist you in any way we can.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We hope this issue gets resolved swiftly for you.

Warm regards, Mateus

Hi Mateus,

I disabled Cloudflare CDN so Elementor issue disappeared, but asking for credentials still persist. Can you check it?
