I've tested things on a fresh WordPress installation with WPML. I've sent translation jobs through the Translation Management dashboard and then checked the emails sent to the translator and admin. The email looks fine and is not malformed as you show in your screenshot. Please see my attached screenshot. This email is being sent because the option 'Send me a notification email when there is something new to translate' is enabled for a specific user. This option can be found in the profile page of each user. Please see the attached screenshot.
Is the same case as yours?
Does the user Dawn Voyata-Petersen (from your screenshot) have this option enabled in their profile, and is this the reason they got this email?
If there are other conditions to replicate this problem, please specify them.
I also suspected that the email service, for some unknown reason, had malformed this email. I can see from the screenshot that it is Gmail, but I can't know where it was forwarded from. If the problem is from Gamil (maybe a business account), I'm unsure if we can do anything about it.
It is also essential that you update to our latest versions and see if the problem persists. Can you please try that when you have the chance?
We updating the plugins so that we're all on the most updated versions, but the emails are still malformed. We're just going to disable the emails to users as the effort involved to try and correct the emails are not worth the trouble.
