Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the telephone number on the contact page using WPML's Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), but the string doesn't show up. You can see the issue on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
No translation string for the phone number is available in ATE.

Questions:
Why is the telephone number string not appearing in ATE for translation?
How can I make the telephone number string available for translation in ATE?
