Hi,

Can you please refresh my memory and explain how to see that the problem has returned?
A week ago, it seemed to be solved.
Can you please tell me which email part I should check?
It would be great if you could attach some screenshots.
I've also checked the staging site and see that all the plugins and the Woodmart theme are active.
Did you check it on the staging site I have access to?

Hi Itamar,

so the problem was only solved in minimum environment, however after turning on actual theme and plugins, the emails are sent with the mixed content again.

Please, see the screenshot attached - some part of the email is in German, some in Polish, and some in English.

I am referring to the staging site - it seems that I need to refresh the access for you, so please provide the space to paste the access link.

1. What are the actual themes and plugins?
2. In other words, which plugins must be active for the problem to occur?
3. Can you please list them?
4. Does the Woodmart Child theme have to be active, or is it OK to use the Woodmart parent theme with the latest version?

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

I've spent considerable time on debugging this issue on your staging site. So far, I have found that the issue persists with the parent Woodmart theme, and when the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer and the WooCommerce Fakturownia are deactivated. The problem also persists when I add the code from this errata page.

I'll continue to investigate this issue and report to you here tomorrow.

Meanwhile, if needed for escalation, please allow me to take a copy of your site. For this, I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All In One Migration. Please let me know if you agree.

Hi,

While I'm still checking this issue, I hope you can provide information about the following.

In WPML -> Strings Translation, I can see the string in question:

Aloha {customer_first_name}! Twoje zamówienie właśnie zostało przekazane kurierowi i najbardziej surferskie kosmetyki w Polsce są już w drodze do Ciebie 😎

It is in Polish and translated into German. Please see the attached screenshot.

However, in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails, I don't see this text. I see the Subject line and Heading, but not the content or additional information, the string. Please see the attached screenshot.

Do you know how this string has been added to this email?
