Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with our product translations on our website, where the French product version is displaying English attribute values. This is affecting the variation dropdowns on the frontend. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link
Symptoms:
In the French version of the product, the Color attribute is showing as 'silver' instead of 'argent', and the Size attribute is showing as 'standard-dimensions' instead of 'dimensions-standards'. These English values are saved directly in the French product version, causing the products not to open properly.
Questions:
Are there any known issues or settings in WPML that could cause English attribute values to be stored in translated products?
What are the recommended best practices to prevent English values from appearing in translated products?
Please update our plugins to their latest versions, update the original English product and its French translation, and check if it helps solve the problem.
