Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I'll recommend checking https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/editing-wpmls-languages-table/ about how you can add a new language to WPML.

I'll also recommend checking following about pre-configured and supported languages for automatic translations:

- hidden link (as per this list, Serbian Cyrillic is pre-configured in WPML as Serbian).

Regards.

P.S.: I'll be off for the weekend and 'll be able to attend further on Monday.

Hi,
thank you for your feedback.
Unfortunately, I didn't sucessfull setup my project.
If Serbian Cyrilic is default Serbian version, should I create custom language for Latin version?
What I need is to have a website that will be in both Latin and Cyrillic, do I need to install some WPML add-on and what parameters I need to enter here: hidden link

Thank you for the updates.

I checked on a fresh sandbox site (hidden link - one-click login) and was able to add both variations of Serbian language.

For example by default I can select Serbian language which is mapped as Serbian Cyrillic, while later by going to WPML -> Languages -> Edit Languages, I was able to add Serbian Latin and map it accordingly.

Please see attached screenshots, you can also login to above sandbox site and check and experiment.

Hi Waqas,

Thank you very much for your support.

Could you explain how you did it in steps, or maybe you can log in to our website and add language?

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

To add custom languages in WPML:

1. Go to WPML → Languages.
2. Under Site Languages, click Edit Languages.
3. Scroll down and click Add Language.
4. Enter your custom language details.
5. Select appropriate "Serbian" (i.e. Cyrillic or Latin) in "Language Mapping" column.
6. And save.

If you find any difficulty adding, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.

Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in the admin and on the frontend.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.
