getting this error , and when i try to make a copy link on my portail.biprecherche.com. its giving error.
please check attached image

Welcome to WPML support. You will need to select the COPY option in such scenarios so you will be able to access to WPML on both:

I copied that from our side, would you please check and see if it works for you know?

If not, please go to the menu below on both websites and give me the Automatic translation ID for each site:

WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support > Troubleshooting (link) > Your Automatic Translation account id is (BOX)

Thank you for the information. Please consider that the ticket reply time is longer than a chat.

As the code for both websites is the same, you should be able to use either of them.

If you still get the error, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Hi,

That is ok to have 2 separate sitekeys. It does not have any effect on the translation memory.

The translation memory is only shared between the two website which is also ok. if there are duplciate content you only once the credits will be rediced on translation.

Just FYI, if you disconnect the websites, one of them will have the translation memory and for the other one a new organization ID will be created, which means it will have no translation memory from before and you will be able to start from scratch.

Having a shared translation memory is actually a better solution in my opinion.

Both site are not connected and in one site i can see the transnational dashboard
but in not there in other site
