Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and I want to download a CSV file of all my translation jobs with all of their data using WPML.
Symptoms:
I can't find the option to click 'Open the content updates log' as mentioned in the documentation.
Questions:
How can I download a CSV file of all my translation jobs?
Where is the 'Open the content updates log' option located?
Everything else can be viewed in WPML → Translation Management, where usage reports are generated when automatic translation is used. For regular, manual translations, no log is created.
I've read the documentation, but I still don't see the option to click 'Open the content updates log.'
I am using a professional translation service. Please advise.

Hi Matt,
Our forum system has an internal flag that shows this to the supporter. For your account, no Translation service is shown. Could you let me know which service you’re currently using? It seems there might be a connection issue somewhere.

Hi,
I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed
Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
✙ Please add the Links to the […] Edit Screen, the Page/Post where you insert the […] and the corresponding Front End Page/Screen
Best Regards,
Marcel
