I've researched this issue and am unsure if it relates to WPML. I'll explain what I have found. Please see the following link to W3C's explanation about this error.

The main takeaway from the above link is that the error means that the feed contains an invalid character. They further explain and give the following solution.
Solution
A common cause of this error is having a high-bit character (such as a curly quote or curly apostrophe) in your RSS feed. This can happen if you copy-and-paste a quote from another page that contains curly quotes. For maximum compatibility with readers, you should remove the invalid character or use a numeric entity equivalent.
You can check if this is a WPML issue by temporarily deactivating WPML Multilingual CMS (core plugin). Then, you should have the Russian and Spanish feeds at the following URLs.

If the feed still gets the feed validation error when WPML is deactivated, then it is not a WPML issue, and you should look for the problem in your feed. The feed validator gives the line in which the error occurs. You should then fix the problematic characters in those lines.
