This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to find the location of a translate filter in the Chinese language within the Woodmart theme.
Solution:
We investigated the issue and found that the names for each filter item were specified within the Product archive template, created using the "Layouts" section of Woodmart. The template had not been translated into Chinese, which was causing the issue. To solve this, we:
1. Navigated to WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation and set the Translation preference for the "Layout" post type to "Translatable".
2. Went to "Layouts" and translated the "Product archive 1" into Chinese.
This resolved the issue, and the filter texts now display correctly in Chinese. We also advised the client to translate the Archive template into Khmer (Cambodia) for proper translation in that language.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I've checked the screenshot and understood that you want to translate the text displayed in the Filter. Since the filter is added by the Woodmart theme, you should be able to translate those text using String Translation. Please follow the steps below and I hope it will help.

- Please go to "WPML > Theme and Plugins localization"
- Select the Woodmart theme and click on the "Scan" button
- Once the Scan is completed, please go to "WPML > String Translation"
- Search for the Text that appears in English on the Chinese page. For example- 'Sort By'
- If that text appears in the result, please add the translation for that text by clicking on the "+" icon.

For more details on the usage of the String translation plugin, please check this link: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

However, if you're unable to find the text, you can also follow the guidelines mentioned here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings

Let me know if the information helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
Thank you for the update.

Since you've shared the access information in one of your tickets, I investigated the issue from your end and discovered that the names for each filter item are specified within the Product archive template, which was created using the "Layouts" section of Woodmart.

The issue is mainly happening because the Archive template hasn't been translated into the Chinese language yet. To address this, I took the following steps:

- Navigated to "WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation" and adjusted the Translation preference for the "Layout" post type to "Translatable."
- Proceeded to "Layouts" and translated the "Product archive 1" into Chinese.

As a result, the Filter texts are now correctly displayed in Chinese. To ensure proper translation in Khmer (Cambodia) as well, please translate the Archive template into this language.

I hope it helps. If you need further assistance in this matter, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
