This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed help translating Fluentform, noting that it seemed incompatible with WPML.
Solution:
We recommend trying the operation again as we have implemented a temporary workaround that should now allow Fluentform to work with WPML.

Add this to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration and re-translate the page. Add correct translated form ID.

<wpml-config>
  <shortcodes>
    <shortcode>
      <tag>fluentform</tag>
      <attributes>
        <attribute>ID</attribute>
      </attributes>
    </shortcode>
  </shortcodes>
</wpml-config>

Hello,

I created a minimal installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.

You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:
- hidden link

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install the Divi theme and Fluent form
- Create a Form and a new page
- Add form shortcode to the page

Let me know when done and I will try to make it translatable.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,
It's premium module and It's difficulet to instal those plugins on new website.

I created this test page on my prod website : hidden link
English : hidden link

[fluentform id="59"] -> [fluentform id="60"]
French fluentform ID -> English fluentForm ID

Can you check on this page ?
I can't for the moment translate this shortcode (screnshot).

Thanks
