Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where the WPML plugin works correctly for logged-in users, including the language switcher and Arabic translation, but non-logged-in users are unable to see the Arabic translation or the language switcher at all.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the front page or any relevant page is in draft mode. Publishing the page should make the language switcher visible to all users.

We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
