So to help with this issue. I am importing the glossary on my staging. This one was empty (see split topic). However when I import the glossary it will dump the glossary after a few seconds en say it is empty.

Now regarding the glossary. I already managed to see the issue on a live website and created the video and you confirmed the issue. So let's wait to see what is the answer from the second tier support about that.
