Hello Christopher, So to help with this issue. I am importing the glossary on my staging. This one was empty (see split topic). However when I import the glossary it will dump the glossary after a few seconds en say it is empty. I attached the file here: hidden link I hope you guys can help me soon. I am really stuck By now I would really like a refund. I waisted another €120 on wrongly translated posts. |

I'd appreciate it if we can keep each ticket related to one problem so if you encounter other issue you are always welcome to open up a new chat/ticket. This way we will be able to serve you better and can keep things organized. So as I am not sure what is the context for your refund request please open up a separate ticket and my colleagues will be happy to hlpe. Please provide as much details as you can there. Now regarding the glossary. I already managed to see the issue on a live website and created the video and you confirmed the issue. So let's wait to see what is the answer from the second tier support about that. Thank you. |

The files were received and sent to our devs. They are checking the glossary and will send me the final version soon so we can then proceed with the next step. I'll keep you informed. |

Hello there! So, on your end you do not have any problem, the problem is indeed on our end, 100% on our end. We have ben rolling out the pieces to solve the import/Export feature which is what's failing and we hope to have everything ready before August 10. I'll be keeping you updated about this, don't worry 🙂 |

Hello! We ran a few tests specifically with the amount of entries you have and after a change released yesterday everything is ok. you should be able to export, import and update the content correctly. Please know, though, that if you want you can break the csv into more than 1 and it will load faster. On thing that you should know is that once you start uploading it, leave it with the popup enabled at least a few minutes after it said it was uploaded since the only change left on our end is to add some visual validation when the upload actually finishes for big amount of entries like the ones on your site. Hi Alejandro, Thank you for your reply. Before I will test : What version should I be running? I have now 4.7.6 - Should I upgrade to Beta 4.8? Or has this nothing to do with the Plugin and is this only a (our) server side change? Regards |
