This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

Gravity form is not showing translation. I translated my forms using the instructions on the site, but one is not showing translated versions on this page.

Solution:

The shortcode attribute with the value of "false" was translated into other languages, and this caused the problem. This attribute's value should not be translated. So I switched it to "false" in all the languages. And now, the translated forms are shown on the front end.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I translated my forms using the instructions on the site, but one is not showing translated versions on this page: hidden link

Note that the footer form is functioning as intended.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-gravity-forms/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

N/A

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

I can see the issue on your site. For example, I can see that the form is not translated into Spanish. Please see the attached screenshot.

I also can notice that there is a part of the footer that is not showing in English, which is your site's default language, and this is weird.

Can you please confirm that you are following our guide on working with WPML and Gravity Forms?

https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/

Regards,
Itamar.

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

I've checked things on your site and found the following. The shortcode attribute with the value of "false" was translated into other languages, and this caused the problem. Please see the attached screenshot shortcode-attr-es.jpg. This attribute's value should not be translated. So I switched it to "false" in all the languages (except Bengali because the problem was not there). And now, the translated forms are shown on the front end. For example, please see the Spanish page. Please see the attached screenshot es-page-ok.jpg.

Can you please confirm that the issue is solved now?
