This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to know if they could create a Pattern (reusable block) that can be edited with the WP editor to display differently in various languages and be used on pages translated using the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) without causing conflicts.
Solution:
We reassured the client that creating and using reusable blocks should not cause conflicts with WPML. We provided steps for translating reusable blocks and mentioned that they might need to translate the page without ATE to display the block differently in various languages. For detailed guidance, we shared documentation links:

Hello!
I need to know, please, if I can create a Pattern (reusable block) that I can then edit with the WP editor, as I need the block to be displayed differently in different languages. And in turn this block can be used in the pages that are translated using the ATE. Won't this create conflicts in the functioning of the site?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards, D.

Thank you for getting in touch with WPML support.

I don't see any obvious reasons why this would cause conflicts with WPML. However, I'd like to provide you with some additional information that might be helpful. Please refer to the following URL for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-content-created-using-gutenberg-editor/translating-reusable-blocks/

You will probably need to translate this page without ATE if you need to display the block differently in various languages. You can find more information about this at the following URL: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/
