I have imported my two ACF groups. Changed hero block to be displayed is post type is a page.

Added a new page, changed all the hero information.

It does not look as if the same issue occurs on the sandbox. The field values like "Small" or "Primary" are not appearing ATE.

Could you please be more precise about what you are expecting to see?

Do you refer to excluding the Field Labels from translation?

If so, you can use this constant inside wp-config.php:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/translating-acf-field-labels-with-wpml/#excluding-field-labels-from-the-advanced-translation-editor

Andreas, it's not supposed to show "field group title", "field label", "field choices". Currently it's showing all fields, not the ones i've selected in the english page.

Besides, links are not showing to be translated: link title and link URL.

Can we do a video call?

According to our documentation it it expected when translating the fields with the WPML Translation Editor:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/translating-acf-field-labels-with-wpml/

I added this line to wp-config.php:

define( 'ACFML_EXCLUDE_FIELD_GROUP_STRINGS_IN_POST_JOBS', true );

Revise my new page "WPML Test" on the sandbox, please.

Could you pleas ebe more exact, which fields you refer to?

If the link fields are by default set to "copy", then this is expected.

You need to se the link fields set to "translate" to be able to translate them with the WPML Translation Editor.

These fields must be available to be changed in different languages:

GLOBAL: Field Configuration
-> button_configuration
--> button_link (copy once)

-> link_configuration
--> link (copy once)

If you use the WordPress Editor as translation method, this setting is correct.

But you use the WPML Translation Editor then these fields will need to be set to "Translate".

If what you're saying is true, all fields are correctly setup on my development environment. This means all the issues reported are/were related to some memory within the advanced translation editor?

If the same field was already translated earlier, then it would be saved inside translation memory.

I tried clearing translation memory, but it did not resolve the issue.

It looks as if we can not confirm the issue on our test site, correct?

All I can offer from here, is running further tests on your dev site tomorrow and try to identify how the issue occures.

Before doing that, would you mind clearing translation memory again from the dev environment and the test environment?

Maybe both are somehow connected

According to our system the dev site is connected with hidden link.

I can confirm that the translation memory count currenly is "0".

See screenshot.

Can you replicate the issue creating a completely new created page or post?

Sure. Two things I need to confirm with you before moving forward:

1) links and images should be set to "translate" instead of copy once, correct?
2) the testing site I was talking about is hidden link - I have a different key. Do you mind checking and resetting memory as well?

You should only set the fields to "translate" if you want the field values to show up on the WPML Translation Editor.

If you do not want the field values to show up on the WPML Translation Editor, then the fields should be set to "copy".

The "copy once" option is ideal for translating the content with the WordPress Editor.

I do not find any information on our ATE system for hidden link.

On wpml.org this site URL appears not be to registered.

Hi Andreas,

I hope you're doing well. It seems there may have been some misunderstandings regarding the current situation. Allow me to clarify a few points:

The TEST URL is indeed the same as DEV, you just need to replace "dev-sitename" with "test-sitename."
In your testing environment, "expert mode" was not enabled.
You tested with only one field.
My team and I have spent considerable time today testing and re-testing in our local environments, our client's environment, and even in your environment. Unfortunately, none of these worked as expected.

Please review your development environment carefully, including all relevant pages and ACF fields.

I would also appreciate an update from WPML regarding this issue, as the ticket has now been open for 20 days. I don't mean to sound disrespectful, but I would like to request assistance from a more senior support agent or developer to help resolve this problem.

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your prompt response.
