This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate the 'Chauffer Booking System / Booking Forms / BOOKING FORM – 10007' and is experiencing issues with the string translation being stuck with an hourglass icon. The client is also looking for a way to translate strings in bulk to save time.

Solution:
1. To translate the strings manually, the client should navigate to the translations queue page in their WordPress admin.
2. For automatic translations, the client can follow the steps outlined in the WPML documentation on automatically translating strings with WPML:
Automatically Translate Strings with WPML
3. If the client wishes to translate everything automatically, including bulk translation of strings, they should change the configuration in WPML -> Settings to 'Translate Everything Automatically'. This will allow for bulk translation of strings without having to approve each one manually.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

String translation has stuck with hourglass

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Regards,
Carlos

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the credentials requested

To translate these strings you must go to hidden link and finish the translations.

But if you want to automatically translate these strings then you will need to follow these steps: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatically-translate-strings-with-wpml/

In the second link you will find an option to automatically translate all the strings in bulk. If you manually translate the links then it will have to be one by one

Hi,

As I said, the only way to translate these strings in bulk is by using automatic translation. Otherwise, you will have to translate them one by one

But by using automatic translation it will translate everything in site, all the post and etc. right? or can i choose categories?

With automatic translation, you can select the strings to translate automatically.

The documentation I shared in the last message is for a section where the steps are described.

But if you find that confusing, then I will describe the steps here:
- Go to WPML -> String Translation
- Use the In domain dropdown menu to determine which strings to display. In your case, it will be the domains of the booking plugin.
- Click the checkboxes next to the strings you want to translate.
- Select the languages you want to translate the strings into and click the Translate button.
