This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's headers for the Chinese and Khmer versions of their site changed after following our instructions and they needed to fix them to match the English version.
Solution:
We corrected the string translation for the header options. We recommend checking the string translation settings by navigating to WPML > String Translation. Look for the 'admin_texts_xts-woodmart-options' context or similar options related to your theme. If you're experiencing this issue, we suggest you review and correct any string translations that may have been altered.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket.
