Hello there, is there a live chat that i could get use for urgent issues?

saraS-30	Background of the issue: I am trying to switch the language on my home page using WPML, but it is not working consistently. Symptoms: The home page is not switching the language when I click on it, and this issue persists even after being fixed previously. Questions: Is there a live chat available for urgent issues?

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly. Yes, there is chat available and if there is supporter free you will be assigned to him. Usually availably is better during regular EU working hours. Please also do not open duplicate ticket and same ticket since this might prolong time before you get support. Regards, Drazen

saraS-30	Hello there and thanks for getting back, the reason for me to open duplicate is because the answer is taking so long and this matter is very very urgent. Up until now the issue is still going on and no one were able to help me yet
