Hello!
We haven't heard from you in a while. my colleague had left a private message on September 11, explaining our status.
Right now we're stuck and wanted to see if by any chance you could provide us with some extra information.
Do you remember by ny chance if you saw something weird happening at a specific moment in time or after any behavior from you?
I guess you did not make any change to the translation method option (like resaving those settings even without changing anything) ?
Other possible behaviors that could've created the problem are:
- Changing the setting for a post type (the translation switch found under WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation)
- added new languages to the site or hidden any
- updated content in bulk
If you noticed anything else, please let us know because we have run many tests and your situation has not happened to us once, so there might be a specific behavior that unintendedly created this problem.
No I'm not aware of any actions that could have triggered.
As far as I can remember (pretty sure) we didn't flip the translation switch, we didn't add a new language and did not update content in a bulk.
