Please ensure that you have the correct URL entered for both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) under General Settings in Settings → General.
Additionally, you can try running the "Update domain name in language switcher settings" option found in WPML → Support → Troubleshooting.
Before making any changes, be sure to back up your database first.
