This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client with an Editor role is unable to translate pages and posts using WPML.
Solution:
We recommend assigning the correct language pairs for the Editor user in WPML. To do this, navigate to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translators and set up the necessary language pairs. For detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation on how to set up local translators and language pairs.
After completing these steps, the issue should be resolved. If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket with us.

I have a role of Editor Account, but there is no right to translate in Page and Post by WPML, is it possible to use.

I readed this url, but it does not work.

You also need to set the correct language pair for the Editor user in WPML -> Translation Management -> Translators.
