This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to manage single page UI changes for multiple languages and wants to control the UI from one page. They are facing issues with updating images and UI changes not reflecting across all language versions.
Solution:
We recommend reviewing the Getting Started Guide to understand how to work with WPML translations. When a page is translated, WPML creates a new page that is connected to the original. To synchronize featured images across translations, make slight modifications to the original page, save it, navigate to the WPML translation editor, and complete the translation. The featured image will then be the same across all translations unless different images are set for different languages.
For UI layout changes involving custom fields, set these fields to "Copy" to ensure they synchronize when updating the original page and its translations. You can find more information on translating custom fields here.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If you're still experiencing issues, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

When using multi-language support, wpml creates separate pages for each language. Is there any way to control the entire page's UI and images consistently across all languages? For example, if I change the featured image or the UI layout, the same changes should reflect across all languages.

This is how WPML works: when you translate the page, a new page is created and connected to the original page.

For example, let's consider a page that has a featured image. If you translate this page, the featured image should be synced with the translations. Once you update the translation of the page (by making slight modifications to the original page, saving it, navigating to the WPML translation editor, and completing the translation), the featured image will be the same as that of the original page unless you have used different images for different languages.

If your theme's UI layout includes custom fields, you should set them to "Copy". This will ensure that the custom fields are synchronized when you update the original page and its translations.
