[Resolved] How do I keep the slug in the URL for my homepages?
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client wants to add a custom slug to their homepage URL and have the ability to translate this slug. Solution: We do not have a tool within WPML to directly accomplish this. The client will need custom development or at least a custom rewrite rule. We recommend following the guidance on creating a custom rewrite rule as described in this Stack Exchange post.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

Hi Christopher,
Okay that is clear. Do you know if there are any wordpress tools that can do this and that will work with your tool?
