This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is trying to translate the homepage into Dutch using WPML, but the Revolution Slider module does not translate automatically. Even after manually changing the language and publishing with Elementor, the slider remains in Dutch on the English page as well.
Solution:
We recommend following our documentation on creating multilingual sliders with Revolution Slider and WPML. You can find the guide here: Creating Multilingual Sliders with Revolution Slider and WPML. After following the steps in the documentation, please let us know if you are able to translate the slider texts.
If the solution provided here is not relevant to your situation, because it might be outdated or not applicable to your case, we suggest opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us in the WPML support forum.
