This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using WPML with WooCommerce, a filter products plugin (WBW), and Divi to create a catalog of dogs for adoption. After installing the WooCommerce WPML plugin, the client translated the content but then realized the WBW filter plugin was not compatible with the translated versions. The client wants to revert the shop page to English only, as the filter does not work on the translated page, and has already deleted the Spanish version of the shop page and the WooCommerce WPML plugin.

Solution:
We recommended the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML > Translation Management.
2. Check the box on the left for the "Shop" page.
3. Scroll down and select "Duplicate".
4. Duplicate the content from the default language to the other one.
This process does not translate the content but copies it from the default language, which could resolve the issue with the filter plugin.

If this solution does not seem relevant or does not resolve the issue, we encourage the client to open a new support ticket for further assistance. They can do so by visiting the WPML support forum.

I'm using a filter products plugin, WBW, and WooCommerce, and Divi, and WPML to create a catalog of dogs to rescue. Before I downloaded the WooCommerce WPML plugin it didn't show a translation option on the Woocommerce Shop page. I isntalled it, translated everything then realized that the filter plugin does not work when translated. So i would like to revert back and make the store just english - but it's still showing the option to translate the shop page (/adoption/). But that page doesn't work cause the filter isn't compatible.

I already deleted the spanish version of the /adoption/ shop page

I already deleted the woocommerce wpml plugin

Hi there.

What does it happen if you go to WPML > Translation Management > check the box on the left for the "Shop" page > scroll down and select "Duplicate" > and duplicate it.

Can you check the shop page now and see if the issue is still happening?

Practically, this way, you don't translate anything, you just copy things from the default language to the other one.

Please let us know how things go.

Yeah I think I figured the problem. The translation was working - the WBW filter plugin for woocommerce was just not updating its index when the products were duplicated and translated with WPML - it only happens when you manually create a new product. So I have to manually refresh the filter index after created a translated product. So long story short, I'm leaving the translation active. But it would be good for WMPL to give a better interface for deleting translations.
