Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

1) Go to WPML → Plugins → All Plugins and open the Commercial tab.
2) In the top-right corner, click Unregister for WPML.
3) Once unregistered, the license key input field will reappear. Enter the new key from your new account there.
