This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needs to reset all existing translations and tables from the database to set Arabic as the default language and English as the translated language.
Solution:
If you're experiencing the need to reset all your translation tables and clear your database in WPML, we recommend performing a WPML reset. This action will remove all WPML translations and tables, allowing you to set Arabic as your default language and English as your translation language.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If this does not resolve your issue, please open a new support ticket.
