Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will be glad to assist you in this matter.
I understood the issue you're having. It seems the error is only happening when the URL consists of a query string. For your information, the search console handles URLs with query strings differently. Please check the response below from Stackoverflow to get a better understanding of what is actually happening with the parameterized URL.

WPML plugin adds the Hreflang to default and translated page/post correctly. But, as you're including a query string with your URL, you may need to use an SEO plugin to configure the SEO properties for the parameterized URL and index that URL in the search engine.
I also want to inform you that since the ID on the URL points to a specific element within the “feature” page, which didn’t throw any error on the console (as per the screenshot), I think it is okay to ignore the Error. However, as I’m not familiar with this SEO-related stuff, it would be better to consult with an SEO expert and take further steps to fix the issue.
Please let me know if I'm able to clarify things for you or if you need further assistance.
I checked your site using the Site Auditor of Semrush but didn't notice any Hreflang error/warning in the Audit report. The site health in Semrush also shows a very decent score. To detect the Hreflag errors, I have followed the instructions mentioned in this documentation: hidden link
Please check this video I recorded during the testing: hidden link
As everything is showing fine now, please clear the caches completely from your site and then rerun the site audit. I hope everything will appear as per your expectation.
But, If the issue persists, I kindly request you to check by keeping the WPML plugin disabled. I just want to see if the WPML plugin has any kind of involvement in this issue. Further steps will be taken based on that.
Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help you further.
Best Regards,
Prosenjit
