1.- I kindly ask you to describe step-by-step how to reproduce the issue on the site. Also, share a product URL where the issue can be seen, so we can use it as a reference.

Does the issue happen with just this product? All products? Or all content?

2.- Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private so I can reproduce the issue and double-check the WPML configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.
