Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate all of my posts and pages to Spanish using WPML. I have more than enough credit assigned to this website. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
I am unable to translate my posts due to insufficient credit, despite having more than enough assigned to this website.

Questions:
Why am I receiving an insufficient credit error when I have enough credit assigned?
How can I resolve the issue to translate my posts and pages to Spanish?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Please visit WPML >> Translation Management >> Translation Tools, and share a screenshot of it.

Please try the following steps to register the site with a new key after a full site backup {mandatory}, and make sure you are getting the expected result or not.

- Go to your account page (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
- Delete the key for the site (hidden link)
- Go to Plugins >> Add New >> Commercial tab (of the site backend)
- Click on "Unregister WPML from this site"
- Refresh the page
- Click on "Get a key for this site"
- Copy the newly generated code
- Visit back to Plugins >> Add New >>Commercial tab
- Register the site with the new key

Thanks!
