No, if you did not activate them, those plugins might not be related.

Anyhow, if you have plugins installed or activated on the site, that do not have an essential purpose for the content of functionality of your website, then I would always suggest disabling and deleting such plugins.

As I was not able to confirm the issue on my local copy of your site, I would like to ask you, if you could set up a staging site (clone of your site on the same server) and provide me access, so that I can inspect the issue further without affecting your live site?

If you have questions about how to create such a staging site please consult your hosting support team.
