However, if you're finding that the tags on the translated product aren't being saved, could you please verify that the base slug for the Product tag is properly translated into other languages? Here is how you can do that.
If the issue persists even after that, a plugin conflict test might help in tracing what could be causing the issue.
Please deactivate all plugins on your site except for WPML(including its add-ons) and WooCommerce. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and after each activation, try to save the tags. In this way, you'll be able to pinpoint the plugin that is causing the issue.
