Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the website hidden link to Bulgarian using WPML. I have translated most of it but I'm having trouble with some default strings in the cart and checkout pages.
Symptoms:
I need help translating part of the Cart and Checkout pages - 'Add a coupon' and 'Proceed to checkout'.

How can I translate default strings in the cart and checkout pages using WPML?
