This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needs help locating the Pay-As-You-Go invoice for their site and information about the $84 credit used for translation in October.
Solution:
We informed the client that there are no pending invoices. Invoices are issued and credit cards are charged on the 3rd of each month for translations completed in the previous month. To view Pay-As-You-Go invoices:
1. Navigate to WPML → Translation Management and click on the Tools tab.
2. Expand the Invoices sub-menu to download the required invoice.
